Family Constellation is a systemic approach that
brings into awareness hidden dynamics within the family system.
Individual patterns and emotions are understood in relation to a larger whole –
both the family of origin and the present family.
By making unconscious loyalties and entanglements visible, new movement and
understanding can emerge. When what has been unseen is acknowledged, a more
natural balance may arise.
The work can take place in groups, where participants represent elements of a
system, or in individual sessions using symbolic representation.
We
all live and work in systems – families, schools and organizations.
Each system has its own culture and implicit laws.
When these are not respected, confusion, stress or dysfunction may arise.
Organizational Constellation offers a systemic perspective on leadership,
conflict resolution, role clarity, change processes and strategic development.
In both organizational and individual contexts, relational dynamics can be
mapped and clarified. By making hidden structures visible, new understanding
and solution-oriented movement can emerge.
Star Sapphire Energywork explores the dynamic between
the inner masculine and feminine energies. These inner polarities influence
both intimate relationships and our way of engaging with work and creativity.
When one polarity becomes dominant and the other diminished, imbalance may be
reflected in outer life. Through awareness and embodied inquiry, it becomes
possible to observe how these energies relate and to support a more harmonious
movement between them.
The work invites greater self-love and understanding within each polarity,
allowing them to relax into their natural complementarity. Relating, meditation
and creativity are understood as interconnected dimensions of life.
The Star Sapphire method was developed by Sagarpriya De Long.
Traumatic
experiences are an unavoidable part of life. When faced with overwhelming or
inescapable threat, the body instinctively activates survival responses such as
fight, flight or freeze.
If this survival energy is not allowed to discharge, it can remain held in the
nervous system and body. Over time this may lead to symptoms of stress, anxiety
or disconnection.
Somatic Experiencing (SE), developed by Peter Levine, works by gently
supporting the body’s natural capacity to regulate and complete these
responses. Through awareness of physical sensation rather than intense
emotional reliving, the nervous system can gradually restore balance and
vitality.
SE can be used alongside other therapeutic approaches and may support a wide
range of stress-related and trauma-related symptoms.
There are many different ideas about what meditation
is. In this approach, the emphasis is not on fighting the mind, but on
understanding its nature.
Much of the time we are identified with our thoughts and emotions, believing
them to be who we are. Meditation is the simple state of being and
experiencing, without interference from the body or mind.
Meditation methods are practical tools that create the inner conditions for
this state to arise. While structured practice can be helpful, meditative
awareness may also be integrated into everyday life – at work, at leisure,
alone or in relationship.
Essence
work is based on the understanding that we are born with inherent qualities of
being. Through early experiences of lack, trauma or devaluation, we may lose
contact with aspects of our essential nature.
This disconnection can be experienced as a sense of deficiency or inner lack,
which the personality then attempts to compensate for through effort or
constructed identities.
The work invites a gentle and honest exploration of these structures. Rather
than trying to fix or improve oneself, the emphasis is on presence and
compassionate awareness. As we learn to stay with what feels incomplete or
uncomfortable, essential qualities can gradually re-emerge from within.
